Shopify & Ecommerce Development

Faster, higher-converting stores — builds, redesigns and fixes that move revenue, not just pixels.

Your store is your best salesperson — but only when it loads fast, tracks accurately and makes checkout effortless. We design, build and optimise Shopify and ecommerce stores for growing brands that care about revenue per visitor, not just how the homepage looks. Whether you're launching a new store, replatforming from WooCommerce or Magento, or squeezing more from an existing Shopify build, we focus on the changes that actually move the numbers: conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchases. That means fast, mobile-first storefronts, clean product and variant data, reliable analytics, and a checkout that doesn't lose people at the last step. Every engagement is grounded in your real data, so effort goes where it earns.

How we approach Shopify & Ecommerce Development

Every ecommerce project starts with a short audit of your current store, analytics and checkout funnel — where visitors drop off, what's slow, and which fixes will actually move revenue. We prioritise by impact, so the first thing we ship is the thing most likely to earn.

We build on Shopify (or migrate you onto it) with a theme structured for speed, clean product and variant data, and templates your team can edit without breaking the layout. Core Web Vitals, image optimisation and lazy-loading are handled from the start, not bolted on afterwards.

Before launch we QA the full funnel across devices — cart, checkout, discounts, shipping and taxes — and verify tracking end to end (GA4, Google Ads and Meta events with consent handling). After go-live we monitor conversion and speed and iterate with CRO changes you can measure.

Pricing. Most ecommerce projects start around £2,500, with focused fixes and CRO work from £300. Every project is scoped and fixed up front, so you know the cost before we start.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Shopify migration take?

Most migrations run two to four weeks, depending on catalogue size and custom functionality. We move products, customers, orders, content and URLs — with 301 redirects — then QA checkout and tracking before switching over.

Will my SEO rankings survive a replatform?

Yes, when it's done properly. We map every old URL to its new one with 301 redirects, preserve titles, metadata and structured data, and submit an updated sitemap so traffic and rankings carry across.

Can you improve speed and Core Web Vitals on my existing store?

Absolutely — a lot of our ecommerce work is optimisation rather than rebuilds: image and script cleanup, lazy-loading, theme refactors and checkout tweaks that lift LCP and conversion.

Do you set up conversion tracking and Google Ads tags?

Yes. We wire GA4, Google Ads and Meta events with consent handling, and verify that purchases and key actions are firing correctly before we hand over.
